Zen Towers Corporation was organized for the primary purpose to own, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, exchange, lease and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, including buildings, houses, apartments and other structures.

Registered with the SEC on July 6, 2005, the company's first undertaking is the construction of a condominium residential building comprising of three towers of about 25 stories each on a 4,505.20 square meter land located at its business address No. 1111 Natividad A. Lopez Street, Ermita, Manila. Beside SM Manila and fronting San Marcelino Street. The construction of Tower 1's foundation was completed in November 2005. It's application with HLURB for permit to sell is currently in process and as soon as this is obtained, it can already start pre-selling the condominium.
